After you have contacted me through the contact form on my website, we can schedule a complimentary initial consultation using Zoom or another suitable platform. During this consultation, we will extensively discuss all the specifics of our collaboration.

Following our discussion, I will provide you with my contract, general terms and conditions, and invoice. Kindly review and sign the contract, then email it back to me.

Once you have made the agreed-upon payment in advance, we can begin working together, proceeding with the tasks and projects we previously discussed.

What Is The Process of Working With Me?

What Tools Do I Work With?

In order to accomplish tasks efficiently, I utilize a diverse range of tools and applications.

 

These include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for office applications, Zoom, Skype, Teams for communication, Trello, Asana for project management, Toggl for time tracking, WordPress/Wix for website creation, Dropbox for file editing and sharing, Canva for image editing, Planoly for social media content planning, and the Adobe Cloud for creative work.

 

Should our collaboration necessitate the use of other programs, I am eager to learn and adapt to meet your specific requirements.

How Do I Calculate The Time?

I use the tracking tool “Toggl” to record my working hours. Billing takes place in 15-minute increments. If desired, I can always provide you with a record of my working hours or tell you how many hours I have left.

Why Am I Asking For A Prepayment?

I think you will understand that I also require a certain level of security. That is why I have chosen to request a prepayment. Once I have received the agreed amount, the contract will be finalized, and I will start working.
